Can I change my package after I have paid and submitted a horse?
Technically, yes. However, the payment will not be adjusted. If you buy a package for $25 and then want to upgrade to the $35 package, you would pay for both packages completely rather than pay the $10 difference. Before you buy a package, be sure of which one you want and need.
